A handmade Christmas plum pudding, crafted to our gold medal award-winning recipe (Sydney Royal Fine Foods). Rich, moist and full of vine fruits, Barossa Valley brandy, eggs, almonds, brown sugar and festive spices.
At 600 g, it serves around 5 people – perfect for small family gatherings, festive tables and Christmas hampers.
Easy to heat whole in the oven or by the slice in the microwave. Best served with brandy sauce, cream or ice cream.
Presented in traditional calico tied with red satin ribbon, this pudding is indulgent, festive and beautifully packaged.
