Dispatch Times

Orders will be dispatched upon payment processing/receipt and within 48 hours.

Orders received on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Methods - Australia ONLY

Unless otherwise agreed:

Business addressed deliveries (with a person available to receive) will generally be made by courier.

Private residence addressed deliveries will be made either by courier or by Australia Post.

The shipping costs are for a max. of 7 kg. Please contact us for further information regarding bulk orders/deliveries.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that your delivery is made at the allocated time, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Alpine Valleys Fine Foods, if a delivery has not arrived. Please make sure that you advise us of the correct address for the recipient.

We take the utmost care in packaging our products and hampers to arrive in good condition. If a product arrives damaged due to delivery, please inform us immediately.
