Full of fruit, brandy and flavour. Using only the best ingredients: Barossa Valley brandy; free range eggs; moist fruit and chestnut flour and puree from local chestnut growers in the Alpine Valleys. All made by the one chef in our commercial country kitchen.
Delicious on its own or enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
