Only the best ingredients are used: Barossa Valley brandy; eggs, slivered almonds, brown sugar and moist vine fruits and cherries - all made in our commercial country kitchen.
This wonderful recipe produces a moist, delicious pudding that can be enjoyed by the whole family (gluten-free or not).
Easy to heat in oven or microwave. Serve with brandy sauce, cream or ice cream for the perfect Christmas dessert.

Absolutely delicious gluten free puddding
Both my children are coeliac and they have really enjoyed your gluten free pudding which is just packed with fruit. This is the second year that I have ordered it and I will continue to as it is just so delicious... hot or cold.
