Gluten-free Christmas Plum Pudding 600g (serves 5)

The Gluten-free version of our traditional plum pudding - gold medal winning recipe.  Full of fruit, brandy and flavour.

Only the best ingredients are used:  Barossa Valley brandy; free range eggs, slivered almonds, brown sugar and moist fruit with cherries. All made by the one chef in our commercial country kitchen.

This is a wonderful recipe resulting in a moist, delicious pudding, which can be served for the whole family (gluten-free or not). 

Easy to heat in oven or microwave. Serve with brandy sauce; cream or ice cream

Excellent specific gluten free pudding

I ordered this to share with my sister who is a caeliac and it was absolutely delicious for everyone . It was so moist and rich with fruit . I would highly recommend this product . Well done .

Both my children are coeliac and they have really enjoyed your gluten free pudding which is just packed with fruit. This is the second year that I have ordered it and I will continue to as it is just so delicious... hot or cold.
