Magic Pud at Sandy Point

I will never make Grandma’s Christmas pudding again. Caught at short notice to provide the pudding at a significant family reunion, I bought the Alpine Valley’s large pudding. Service was terrific and personal from woe to go.
Feedback from the very fit family included it was absolutely delicious, moist and rich, just the right balance of nuts to fruit, and a great texture.
It was very easy to prepare. We started by serving just the top half so the base would fit in a storage container. The final testimony comes from my super fit athletic nephew who is a physiotherapist for Chelsea Football Club in the UK. He ate three servings on Christmas Day. Much exercise will follow!

Great pudding

Great service received and the pudding tasted beautiful.

Hard to tell yet as we won’t be tasting it till Christmas day.Service was excellent.
