We are a small family business now based in Kilmore – one of Victoria’s oldest historic towns – proudly continuing more than 30 years of handmade traditions in Christmas puddings, fruit cakes and gourmet treats. From this historic town, we continue to craft every product by hand, bringing the same goodness and authenticity to your table.

Every pudding and cake is still made in small batches, following the same trusted recipes loved since 1994. We use real Barossa Valley brandy, fresh butter, premium fruit and aromatic spices — ensuring the flavour, texture and quality that has made our products award-winning for decades.

Traditional Plum Puddings are made from our Gold Award winning recipe (Sydney Royal Fine Food Show) in 4 sizes including a single individual serve. Just added a 1 kg Pudding Roll/Log too. We also make a delicious Gluten-free Plum Pudding.

Home preparation is easy - simply heat in the oven or microwave.  The perfect finish to your Christmas Lunch. 

Attractively presented in calico, satin ribbon and a swing tag, these also make a delicious personal or corporate gift.  

Special Reserve Plum Pudding with Rutherglen Muscat and Barossa Valley Brandy.   Special Edition and limited supply available. 

Beautiful Australian sultanas, currants and raisins  macerated in a generous amount of Stanton & Killeen's magnificent Muscat and premium Barossa brandy. Also eggs, real butter, brown sugar and a special blend of traditional Christmas spices. 

The Rich Fruit Cake is just that.  Full of mixed, dried fruit with marmelade; brandy and spices, these cakes are slowly baked to retain moisture and develop their flavours in true fruit cake style.  Available in 2 sizes and perfect for any time of the year.  


Our Gluten-free Chestnut Fruit Cake was developed, when a local chestnut farmer suggested we made a cake using chestnut flour and puree. It is moist and flavoursome just like the Rich Fruit Cake.

The Chocolate & Hazelnut Panforte is a result of many flavour experiments and a Gold Medal winner at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.  After quite a few tasting sessions with friends, we decided on this wonderful, rich recipe with just a hint of orange and black pepper.  It is mixed by hand to retain the texture of the almonds, nuts and figs for both taste and presentation.  Local walnuts and honey plus roasted local hazelnuts is mixed with dark chocolate; almonds, superb spices and mixed fruit.  A small slice with a cup of coffee goes a long way - it's rich and very addictive.

Hazelnut Dukkah  Ideal for traditional use of dipping bread in oil and dukkah, but a great seasoning for lamb, pork, chicken and fish.  Try coating a piece of Atlantic salmon; then pan-fry and serve with minted yoghurt and couscous.  Or sprinkle over poached eggs on wholemeal toast with a dash of olive oil and perhaps some smoked salmon?  So simple and so delicious.

We also supply food service puddings for restaurant and catering use.  Wholesale and Food Service enquiries are welcome as are Christmas Fundraising enquiries for your school or club. Contract making also available.

Our puddings and cakes are easy to store, have a long shelf life, and their flavours mature beautifully with time — with no refrigeration required.
